I had such a great experience at Nina Hair Braiding! I initially inquired online about the style I wanted, and Josephine followed up with me the same day. Booking my appointment was super easy, which I really appreciated.

My appointment was at 8 AM, and she even communicated with me that morning to let me know she was on the way, which was very thoughtful and professional. When I arrived, Mame got started on my hair right away. She worked quickly but still did an amazing job.

The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the suite itself was beautiful and clean. I truly enjoyed my entire experience from start to finish. And let me just say I LOVE my hair! I received so many compliments as soon as I left.

I called about getting twists with the X-Pression Afro spring twist hair and how braid hair itch my scalp. The owner wanted to see my hair prior to the appointment to see the condition and if it was long enough. Well, she advised me what to get, bring it back and she would wash the hair and have it ready prior to appointment - this is what you call outstanding customer service. My experience at Nina’s was great and everything a hair appointment should be. Josephine was my stylist. I had a few pictures but I wasn’t set on exactly what I wanted and She guided me into the look I was trying to capture. Josephine went above and beyond when I changed how I wanted my hair done by riding with me to the beauty supply to help me select the hair that would achieve the style I wanted. That was really above and beyond! I said I want to look cute for my 25th reunion and she nodded her head with a smile and said, I got you! And then she worked her magic. Josephine braids with skill. This was my first time with Ms Nina, she accepted my same day appointment request. Upon arrival, there were 3 ladies all working on clients. So there was a little wait which I had no problem with.
